Hoje é o primeiro de dois dias da 32ª edição do congresso da associação APDC, este ano com o tema “Disruptions: The Great Digital Tech (R)Evolutions” e com um foco reconhecido nas áreas da economia, assim como nas novas tecnologias ligadas aos criptoativos, inteligência artificial e computação quântica. As telecomunicações não estão fora da agenda, mas são menos predominantes do que aconteceu em edições anteriores.

Durante dois dias, 9 e 10 de maio, os trabalhos do Congresso decorrem em modelo híbrido, com um formato de programa de TV assegurado em parceria com a RTP, e transmissão online no SAPO TEK, para além das sessões presenciais no Auditório da Faculdade de Medicina Dentária de Lisboa, onde estão prometidas várias iniciativas.

“O Congresso deste ano é particularmente oportuno: os anos recentes têm sido de mudanças significativas na organização da economia global, na disponibilização a grande escala de tecnologias com potencial para afetar o modo como organizamos a nossa vida coletiva, na discussão da regulação da atividade digital e no modo como Portugal é afetado por todos estes fatores”, refere Siza Vieira, presidente do 32º Digital Business Congress.
